delivery was not made according to instructions and I had to make a 50 mile round trip to Parcel Force office in Edinburgh to collect. There were 14 other people waiting with me up to half an hour to collect their parcels and they had the same complaint about the service which according to the poor women serving was due to the employment of agency drivers! Suggest you change your carrier I do not have this problem with TNT or Yodel.

Hi, Thank you for your review I am very sorry to hear you are not happy with the delivery service. I have looked into your order and can see delivery was attempted on 3rd and 4th November. As delivery failed on both occasions your parcel was taken back to the Edinburgh west depot and was awaiting further instructions.We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. 10 days before delivery ,is far to long as it stated 1st class delivery

HI, thank you for your review, We have investigated your order and can see that the item you ordered was out of stock at the time of your order and was advised as 5-7 working days despatch time as we were waiting for more stock to arrive. It was delayed slightly and further emails were sent out to all customers advising of this small delay. We despatched the items immediately they arrived. We are sorry that your item arrived a few days later than advised and we are sorry if this inconvenienced you. My order was in stock on web page but was later told out of stock. After waiting a fortnight it was supposed to have been delivered today but still hasn't arrived.

A warning that there was NO OIL included would have been nice - I could then have included that in my order otherwise chainsaw looks good and ready to use. Got to say that this was first hiccup I've had with your company but it doesn't take much for me to walk away.

Website indicated a two day delivery and products in stock. After four days had to phone to check order had been processed. Was informed that one part was not available and hopefully be there the following week. Interestingly the following day received an email confirming dispatch and the goods arrived the next day by Parcel Force. Potentially it could be a good service if they were more accurate at the time of ordering.

The service was excellent in terms of speed of delivery, but I bought one small tin of black wood filler measuring about 6x6 cm and it arrived immaculately packaged in a box 39x29x8 cm.. Hardly a delicate item needing such excessive packaging.

The Makita saw arrived with a clip missing from it's box, the saw was correctly packed in it's box and it looked like it had been of display, as it was covered in dust. No effort was made to rectify the problem and I was told they only sell new products. I am very disappointed in their customer service department.

Unfortunately you employed the services of royal mail who found the delivery of this item to be beyond their capacity, I now have to drive to my collection office on a Saturday to collect my goods. If I wanted to drive to my local town I could have done so and purchased the same goods locally. I appreciate that royal mail's lack of performance is not your responsibility, but the choice to use them is, and while ever you make that choice your service will suffer and royal mail will continue to make it's decline

Hi, Thank you got your review, I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with the delivery of your item. I have looked into your order for you and can confirm your item had been despatched as promised on 03/08/2016. Parcelforce was due to deliver your item on the following working day 04/08/2016. When looking into the Parcelforce tracking it a SMS text was sent at 10:04 on 4/8/16 informing you delivery will be in the next 90ms. Delivery was attempted at 10:51. As delivery failed the driver took the item to a local post office for you to collect at your earliest convenience. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Upon opening the packaging to include the free blade, oil and grass bag which came with the lawnmower I had ordered someone in the packaging dept thought it would be a good idea to use a Stanley knife which then cut into the top of the lawn mower and scarred it forever all over the top through all the protective plastic coverings provided by Bosch. Will it make a difference to the performance of the unit? No... But it did take the shine off me opening my new toy to see someone didn't even have the consideration that damaging with the blade was possible. The term "quarter whit" springs to mind. Very irritated and disappointed.

We have raised an investigation/complaint with the Warehouse so that the issue can be dealt directly with the individual concerned, the aim being that the individual concerned takes a lot more care in future and uses the safety box cutter supplied. You accepted my payment from the Paypal site before making it clear that delivery charges would apply making my purchase price almost double. I am very disappointed in your service!

Hi, thank you for your review, Unfortunately we think you have reviewed the wrong Company? We don't accept Paypal on our main Website and in addition all of our delivery charges are clearly displayed before and throughout the payment process, they are not hidden in anyway. This is indeed on the few orders where there is any delivery charge at all. With your particular order the P&P charge would have been displayed at the basket stage before you had even entered your name and address. The wrong item was sent and when I contacted head office their first response was that they had Sent the right item which was very frustrating it was only when I spoke Wigan a manager that the issue was resolved however I have not received the correct item yet but I am hopeful of this arriving next week. Bavas who us a manager has been very hrlpful unlike the first person I spoke with.

Hi, thank you for your review, we have checked your order and can see that both the items ordered were clearly displayed as being on 5-7 working days despatch time on the Website at the time of order. We list over 60,000 lines on our site so inevitably products do occasionally go out of stock and each item does have an advised despatch time although the vast majority are next day including the many hard to get items that we list. Had an email from Tooled-up and from DPS to say delivery mext day but then had another email from DPS to say that they couldn't deliver as they had not had the goods from Tooled-up! Still have not received goods and no email to say goods are now on their way :-(

Order the item required stated delivery within 3-5 days after a wait of nine days chased up order then it by a miracle appeared within 2 days of chasing. If the item had been out of stock or a delay in despatching , why not sent an e-mail to state there is/was a problem

Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days to Ireland however on occasions may take longer. Your item should have been delivered now. No protective packaging was provided. The tool's own box burst during transit. This meant that the blade of the hedge trimmer was exposed. Won't buy from here again.
