In your advert it shows a Ripsaw blade, 190 x 30 x 60T as you say a generic photo, the photo in the add is what I and probably others would think is the item for sale. to me i think is false advertising. what you want to sell should match the photo and the add,

My general experience of the website and the staff was good however there was no stock and a long lead time I had to cancel the order.

I only gave a 2 star but for tooled up but for the courier service as I had ordered a drill and recieved an email from uk mail about delivery and that it will be delivered between 19.37-20.37 on the day the time come and went then about an hour later recieved another email from uk mail to say sorry we missed you and left a card in the letter box all of which is a lie . No card left in letter box didn’t even bother trying to deliver so I will not order from these again not unless they change their courier

Thank you for your feedback I am sorry to hear that your delivery did not arrive as scheduled. From looking into this it appears that due to a large number of parcels in the UK mail Network the driver ran out of time on his round and was unable to deliver your parcel on the day they originally advised. However, I am glad to see that the carrier was able to successfully redeliver your parcel the following day.

I emailed tooled up as I can’t find my delivery which I found a note from dpd it was placed behind my bins I still have received nothing and no one has helped me in recovering my loss

Hi, thank you for your review, we begun an investigation with the carriers DPD as soon as we were contacted by yourself regarding this delivery problem. The tracking shows a signed for delivery but there appears to be issues with this so a full investigation has been launched. Order placed for 3 items 2 arrived next day,contacted supplier who informed missing item would be delivered midweek.This never happened contacted again with the same response some time in the next week.So still waiting hopefully this delay will be resolved sooner rather than later.

I am still missing part of my order which is holding me up from completing my job. I ordered my drill bits and you didn't tell me until 2 days later that this item is on back order. This is poor I still have no date as when the rest of my order is coming

Bought a battery powered chainsaw with 2 4ah batteries. The charger supplied takes 10 - 11 hours to charge one battery. This is completely unacceptable for a battery powered tool. At no time was I informed that that the charge would take so long. I have been told that I can purchase a quick charger from you. I should have been told that initially before placing the order. Why would anyone want a charger that takes 10 hours to charge.

The courier used DPD did not deliver the order even though special instructions were given when I placed the order. The driver signed the delivery himself which is fraudulent. I found the brown corrugated cardboard outer packaging on the front grassed area near the communal carpark. I picked it up thinking it was rubbish & was going to throw the cardboard in the recycling but then realised it had my postal-code & details on the label. I put the tracking number in the DPD website & it showed delivery & signed for. This is a false statement as I have been in hospital & my wife was collecting me when the delivery was made (according to the time on the delivery). I have been in touch with Tooled-Up & DPD with regards to this non-delivery & I await the result of this investigation. I still require my order, Thank you.

Hi Peter , further to our original reply immediately after your report of Non delivery we have received a report back from DPD. The Driver did return but was unable to retrieve the original goods. As we had already replaced them FOC we have processed a claim with DPD for the loss of the goods. We also understand that the driver has been subject to DPD disciplinary process. Once again we apologise for the problems that you had, we would also take this opportunity to re-iterate that this type of problem is thankfully very rare and DPD are a normally very efficient carrier. Product is fine however the packaging was a disaster. The pruner arrived with half the packaging missing, consequently the end of the pole was scratched. Even driver commented how poor it was. As a result I have to rate as poor. This was not a cheap item.

Ordered a trowel and got sent a totally different one and when I asked why I got told they no longer have the trowel I wanted in stock! Very dissopointed

I ordered and payed for a 250gram tin of Brummer wood filler. I received a 225gram tin, and after alerting your eBay sales team, it was me who received the inquisition. Now you have informed me that you have discovered YOUR mistake, no apology, just send the tin back for a refund. Absolutely shoddy pr, but I still have feedback left. dar411007.

Damaged goods sent back and informed a replacement would be organised. After four working days I heard nothing so emailed/rang nothing until the following Monday I rang again to be told you do not send out replacements and a refund will be sorted asap today....nothing happened and not informed! (I could of ordered another from elsewhere so lost time) I rang back again today and threatened with giving you bad feed back on Ebay unless I received my money back be end of play today....i received a refund at 18.10 today. I am not one to complain but this is pour service.

Thank you for your review. I apologise that you have experienced issues with your order and return. I can confirm that once your return arrived back with us on 05/04/2017, our returns team processed your return the following day on 06/04/2017. Unfortunately as the unit was not in stock for immediate exchange, we needed to source a replacement direct from Karcher. Unfortunately we were not informed by them until late on 07/04/2017 that this was not possible and the unit had been discontinued by them. Due to this our only option was to refund however due to the weekend we were unable to process this immediately. I apologise again for the inconvenience and delays caused in your return. advertised to work with karcher k2, when it arrived it only works on k3 and later. I informed you about it and asked for a refund and return of item. email I received after, said hose will work with k2 and no refund!!! so I had to go to store where I purchased k2 and exchange it for k4. so overall you false advertisement cost me more money. PLEASE read what it says on box and change your advertisement. I will never use your store again, and count yourself lucky that I am unable to give a public review.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your order. I can confirm that as per our product description. "Officially K2 models are not compatible with a suction hose as they require the static water source to be elevated above 18" (the higher the better) so as to gravity assist the flow of water. This is because the lower wattage machines do not have enough power to suck water from a static source without gravity help. Generally the higher the model the better when using a suction hose & filter though K4 & upwards will perform well. If you chose to use a suction hose with a K2 machine performance may not be as you would like." Unfortunately after further investigation, we do not appear to have received any further communication or request for return after we advised that as long as your K2 was newer than a 2012 model the hose would be compatible. I was notified that this item should have been dispatched by 24 hour courier, and I should have had delivery by Thursday.i was given a was given a tracking number that was unrecognised by parcelforce. I then sent an email out asking where the item was, it was then that I found out that the item was only picked up on the 30th, I received it on the 3rd of April. Not good service at all

I have looked into this and I can see that at the point in which you placed your order we were advertising that the item held a 2 working day dispatch. However once your order was dispatched it was done so on a next working day delivery, due to your parcel being passed to the courier on the Friday the next working day was Monday. The delivery was prompt but when I opened the box containing the incinerator bin the nuts and screws where not in the polythene packet. I found 6 screws and 5 nuts but fortunately I had a selection of nuts and found one to fit.

The outer package was badly damaged as was the packaging of the spool inside. Not sure if the jiffy bag had come undone and someone had to reseal with brown tape on route.
