The wire on the Greenworks Strimmer was very badly kinked therefore it could not be assembled, the battery was not a Greenworks battery and the charger was all dusty as if it had already been used, I am returning and asking for a refund, plus I should not be asked to return at my expence, disappointing to say the least.

The Seed spreader arrived with the wheel axle sticking through the cardboard box. Opening the box one of the tyres and inner tube was slashed with a cut over 6 inches long. Why someone packed this product and sent it off to me is bewildering. They did send a replacement wheel a week later, I was about to ask for a refund. Thankfully it works

Only received one item instead of two, A chain bar is no good without the chain to go with it, YOU SHOULDNT SELL THINGS YOU HAVNT GOT IN STOCK! No coms to tell me this I just had to wait until part of my order was delivered and I rang up to find out where my other item was just to find you didn't even have it in stock, DISAPIONTING!

I ordered in the morning for next day delivery. 1 week later i was still waiting for my item. Apparently the courier damaged the box so it was sent back to base. I had to chase this delivery everyday until it arrived 12 days late!!!!

After doing research I ordered Fiskar tree loppers UP86. They arrived the following day. However, despite the delivery note confirming I had been sent model UP86, it was clear the loppers I had been sent were a cheaper version UPX86. I telephoned customer services and was told the UP86 was no longer available so they had sent the UPX86 instead. It was only when I pointed out the considerable price difference the member of staff offered a refund. I have received the refund but the ethical thing to do would have been to contact me prior to dispatch to explain the situation and refund the difference there and then, not send the cheaper model and hope I didn’t notice.

I placed an order and received confirmation with tracking details provided. I tried to access my account but was repeatedly told "invalid log-in". I knew I had put in the correct password but decided I'd better try password re-set. This did not work either. I've sent several e-mails to you but have yet to receive an explanation. Not a good customer experience at all.

Ordered a reciprocating saw and blades. Web site stated they were in stock. So I placed an order. Two days later got an email saying that it would be two weeks. However the blades had been shipped separately. So I ended up with a set of blades that cost twice the price due to the shipping charge and no saw.

Not a fan! Ordered something with delivery given as Monday, didnt turn up! Arrived on the Tuesday which was too late as I needed it for a job! Result was I had to pay out extra money while I caught up on things due to it arriving a day late. The only reason I ordered from this company was the delivery day could be chosen and Monday delivery was promised! MASSIVE FAIL BY THIS COMPANY WHO THINK THAT RETURNING £1, YES £1 IS GOOD ENOUGH!! THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

the item was as advertised.the delivery of the item was terrible.i complained to TOOLED-UP .they wanted nothing to do with my complaint.. Don't think i will be buying from them again.. peter

I bought a Bosch charger online click and collect for £35. A very good price. Bosch wanted £70. Thursday 11th April. Ordered at 1300 and received a thanks for your order email. At 1500 I received a confirmation email. At 1900 I received a nearly ready to collect email saying it would be really to collect by 2100. They close at 1730. Friday 12th April. At 1040 went to collect the charger. It was wrapped for dispatch. The box was opened to verify the item. As ordered. Paid but the system could not produce a receipt. Said they would sort out the problem and email the receipt which they did. At 1800 tested the charger. Works perfectly. The next morning I received an email dated 12/04 stating that the charger had been dispatched. I never received a second charger. The price was very good but the system needs investigating.

When ordering online, I accepted the invitation to pay a premium to have the tool delivered on a named day, and waited in all day expecting delivery. At 21:30 on that day, I received an email saying the item had been despatched. It was delivered the following day, when I was out all day. The delivery was left on my doorstep, facing the street, such that anybody passing by would have seen it and could have taken it; fortunately a neighbour saw it and took it in for safe keeping.

It appears I now have to have an account before I can buy anything. Why? That's another pass word to add to the dozens I already have to use. I'm on PayPal - surely that's enough! Retailers are now paranoid about feed back which could all be fake anyway. If I had a problem I'd just get in touch and sort it out - not wait to leave feedback later. So why am I doing that this time..........because you asked...........but not again. Having blown my top I doubt anyone will be interested!

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear of the issues you have been having with our site, however, I can confirm that we offer guest checkout service both when paying by Paypal or when paying by card. To do so you add the items you would like to purchase to your basket. Then when you basket has everything you need you can click "Checkout in the top right-hand corner of our website. You will then see 2 options "Pay by Card or Checkout with PayPal. If you click "Pay by Card" you will then see a further 4 options 1) Sign in to your existing account 2) Create a New Account 3) Checkout as guest 4) Sign I using your Facebook or Twitter account. If alternatively at the basket you clicked Checkout with PayPal this will take you to PayPal where you can log in to Paypal or pay by debit or Credit Card as a guest. If there are any other issues you are having with checkout, you can always call our customer services team during office hours and place a telephone order or if you are in the Enfield area you can pop into our store and order over our counter. My order for a Black and Decker electric saw was processed and despatched very swiftly which was good. What was not good was that the parcel had an address label with half the first line omitted presumeaby because there is a letter limit for each line. This meant that UK Mail (DHL) could not deliver my parcel as an important part of the address was missing. I eventually picked it up in person from the Croydon depot four days after it was due to be delivered a service which cost me £5.95. This important error should not have occured and whoever applied the address label should have spotted that half of the first line was missing. Unimpressed.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear of the issue you had with delivery, I can see from your order that you put your first and last name in the Firstname Box then your company name in the Lastname box Due to this, the system has tried to put 4 pieces of text in a space designed for 2. I would recommend in the future ensuring your first name is in the first name box, your last name is in the last name box and the company name is put on Address Line 1, this will resolve any issues of shipping not just for us but for any company. Item ordered 30 November and arrived 19 December. Cut very fine which was a concern and was not informed of possible delay.
