Made a mistake with battery compatibility bought bare tool. Phoned to ask about paying a top up for the battery and changer told I’d have to return tool, pay postage and restocking as item was opened and then buy boxed set of battery and tool together. Turned out to be nearly as expensive as buying another tool with a comparable battery and charger. Did this. New tool turned up in an opened box, marked “bare tool only” and charger and battery loose in the parcel.
Awkward, tight and unhelpful. Won’t be using again
