Slow to dispatch. delivery service unreliable.DHL sent email delivery will be today, never turned up, tried tracking it auto notification will be delivered Monday . Whether it will or not remains to be seen

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the delays to your order. It appears due to a Roat traffic accident the driver was unable to deliver your parcel as scheduled, however, I am glad to see that they reattempted delivery successfully the next working day.

Happy with tooled-up but not the delivery company they use, DHL. Tracking the order, it changed status to 'Delayed' with no reason given. The order was placed on Sunday, despatched on Monday (good service from Tooled-Up) but only got delivered on Thursday. Delivery was to the wrong house (4 houses from mine), fortunately I have good neighbours but it could easily have got lost.

The item was misdirected by DHL. I had paid for Wednesday delivery a cost of £1. I received an email from DHL telling me to contacted Tooled-up because my item would not be delivered when expected. I spoke to Dylan who checked reasons why and came back to me telling me the item would be delivered Thursday morning first thing as he had sorted it out himself. It arrived at 2pm approx. No apology, no repayment of the money paid for express delivery and no feedback since. I have since emailed your customer service departmet explaining my problems and concerns and had no reply, not even a confirmation of receipt of email. The reason I wrote to them is because Dylan suggested I wrote to him by email and he would forward it to the Managing Director because he wasn't allowed to give me his direct email address !! Overall a poor experience and a bad reputatiion to your company. Shall think long and hard about buying off you again.

I can confirm that following your email and as per our reply, we have as promised refunded your upgraded postage fee. Unfortunately, despite preparing your order outside for delivery as scheduled it appears that the delay in your order occurred due to matters out of our control. Collected from post office did not see Original packaging did not survive Post office had to rewrap and surcure end of box's though they would have been better packed

Ordered and checked with staff that i would get a Staurday delivery if paid for and told yes. Paid extra for it and yet it didnt arrive until Monday... This meant I couldnt complete the job. Thanks Tooled Up!

placed my order with tooled up for two items because it was next day free delivery which i thought would be great but instead of two items delivered together we got two separate deliveries which meant two days tied up waiting instead of one which wasn't good.

Delivery OK but didn't get an email confirming order had to ring up to find out when delivery would be , most companies email to confirm order and follow up later when delivery date .

The price of the item was excellent. The delivery charge was a bit steep at nearly £11.00 but I was told in the order confirmation email that the delivery would be next day with UK Mail, so everything was awesome at that point. Next day came and at midday I'd heard or recieved nothing so I thought i would check the online tracking. As I came to the tracking page it just said delayed, there was no reason or new estimate date or even if it was still coming later that day, which it didn't. I just thought this was poor. As the item had to be signed for I took the day off work, if I had not checked online I would have been sat there all day. If someone had let me know it was going to be delayed it would not have been an issue.

Well I was advised delivery would be tuesday19th yet your courier told me they were delivering monday 18th, fine you would think ??yet they did not deliver, same today!! i advised to leave in porch, got home no delivery ?, apparently they are delivering tomorrow Wednesday20th!!!!! Whilst I know this is not your problem, the delivery firm are!

Firstly the wrong mower blade was sent. I contacted Tooled Up to see what could be done and was told that "the person you need to speak to is on the phone" I left my name, number and order number and was promised that I would get a call back. That was 30 hours ago - a long phone call?

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and I can confirm that the blade your ordered was the blade that was sent. This was confirmed when you returned the blade as unwanted and it matched all the part numbers and descriptions on your order. As for the phone call, I can see that we tried to call you back however there appears to have been no answer on the contact number provided. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused

I ordered the wrong item by mistake on Friday evening. I realised the mistake within a couple of hours and cancelled the order that same evening. In spite of that you have still sent the item to me, thus saddling me with the cost of return carriage. I telephoned on the Monday morning and was told that as there was no one to process emails over the weekend, dispatches were made without checking whether an item had been cancelled. This is a very poor management system and will make me very unlikely to use you in the future

It took 5 days to dispatch the item and 2 days for it to arrive in Belfast. The car was off the road for over a week.

Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that this item was showing as normally dispatched within 3 working days. As you placed your order late on a Friday your order was not processed until the Monday and was shipped on Wednesday as advised when you purchased the item.

Using your website and your customer service in rectifying poor courier service were both excellent. The courier was dire. Failed to deliver first time and on the second time did not apologise and seemed to find it amusing that I even asked him why he was late. He explained he follows his own route and not the one scheduled. He arrived at 5 pm for a 2.15-3.15 slot.

Postage very very poor. They use uk mail who are very poor and not as advertised on eBay listing as Royal Mail 1st class. They should tell truth on eBay listings.be very aware when using tooled up. Items will arrive very late!

I can confirm that your order was shipped by UK Mail packet post who process and sort the parcel up until the last mile where they deliver directly to your local Royal Mail delivery office. This secure method of postage ensures that all parcels reach their end destination as they are signed in to your local delivery office before being passed to your local postal worker for delivery.
