The item was not as the picture advertised, which was a picture of the genuine hozelock part I was replacing. The item does fit the hozelock sprayer, but not giving a complete seal as the original does, but adequate for my use, so no need to return.

Online ordering if you find what your looking for is s efficient and quick. However the search facility in the website is clunky and slow and doesn't match search words used.

ordered 2 items but only one invoiced for and sent.had to re order 2nd item and pay postage on 2 parcels.

I placed the order on the 3rd Feb and it partly arrived on the 8th Feb. This was the Bosch Chainsaw oil. But I will have to wait an other three weeks for my new Chainsaw to arrive.

The product (Greenworks 80V battery charger) took longer than I expected to arrive, although this was down to Royal Mail. However when it arrived I found it was supplied with only a two-pin plug. Luckily as it was a replacement charger I had the old lead which works fine. I was not aware from the sales info that a normal 3 pin plug was not supplied.

I ordered 2 sets of Gardena loppers. These are great products that I've used before. What I don't need is a total of 9 e-mails confirming you've got my order, picked each item, packed each item and what do you think of the order? I'm very busy - 2 or 3 would have been perfect but 9 and that doesn't include any mail shots is ridiculous.

Easy to use website. Ordering easy. First part of order delivered quickly. Second part of order not yet delivered after a week and not communication as to when if is likely to arrive!

Very disappointed that having paid extra for a specific delivery date I received the product a day late. This caused a bit of inconvenience and I have been met with a wall of silence when I complained.

Arrived very quickly the box was a bit bashed up was a bit disappointed at that as is for a present . As it's not for me I can't give a review on the tool

Slow for a tool company - it takes a week to receive your order. No good if you are in hurry to finish a job. Communications are a bit over the top - I don’t need a blow by blow account how my order is being processed - just need it to be quicker.

I have used Tooled-Up for a few purchases. A set of Black and Decker hedge trimmers that failed within a single use, past the 30-days, so had to be sent to Black and Decker, which had to be arranged via an authorised dealer and not this seller. Not really the seller's fault, but a pain that I couldn't return to them easily. More recently, I ordered a Makita item but after a few days I spotted on my bank app, a partial refund. I don't recall seeing an email about why, but did see emails about the blades being despatched. I went onto the site and looked at my orders, it was "open". I assumed the worst and reordered from somewhere else. It was cheaper, too, though I had now wasted a weekend. As such, I think this seller is just okay. I expect the pandemic isn't helping.

The click and collect process is convoluted. Had I known that if I ordered early Saturday morning that I couldn't collect until late Monday afternoon I would have ordered elsewhere. I arrived 30mins before closing and was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. The price was great but that was the only +ve
