“Speedy delivery, great price , on the item I bought. My only complaint Was that the chap I spoke to could not answer a question about the tool I purchased I felt he should have either been able to answer or found out the answer for me”

“Bought a Dremil from Alan Watkins Tool Store, price was good, compared to other stores. Free delivery which is always good. Arrive after a few days from ordering. Will definitely be looking to buy other items from this supplier.”

“Everything good with the product but DPD delivery was bad as usual. They said that no one was at home which wasn't true. I had to go and collect at the post office”

“Could only give 4 star as. Service went through promptly. Also fast delivery. Had to reduce a star because I was offered a £5 discount email. But the code would not work. I called to explain before buying. But they never offered my discount.”

“The product, Bosch battery lawnmower, is all the manufacturer claims it to be, and I am satisfied with its performance. I was a little disappointed, however, by the delivery. I had a text message from FedEx to advise me that my mower would be delivered the next morning, but it did not arrive at any time on that day. It was delivered the following day, without any prior clarification or apology from FedEx.”

“The Mikita battery circular saw came in good time and they use a good DPD courier. The only thing i wish is to allow a change to the delivery address separate from the billing address as i would have like to send it to work and not home”

“Super fast, best prices online, can't fault the shop. Not directly their fault but it's a pity that the courier delivered the package 2 days late and arrived (after I had to call the courier service desk) swearing and angry about not being able to find our house!”

“Bought a Milwaukee drill + charger, prompt despatch, competitive price, packaging was very poor. The items were at the bottom of a flimsy box, topped off with loose, broken pieces of polystyrene, with the whole lot jiggling about inside the box and some damage to the box itself, the latter being an obvious consequence of everything being loose inside the box.”
