Hi Martin There is currently an investigation ongoing into your order as the delivery courier have this down as delivered to your property to which you deny receiving the goods. This will be update in due course with regards to the outcome

Hi Jacob I have looked into this for you and found the item was attempted for delivery via dpd the following day and refused for by Richard and dpd have taken a photo outside of the building on the day with all your vans in the car park. You then spoke to my colleague and advised them that you no longer required the item and for it to be returned to sender and a refund issued. Which upon its return to us was done. Regards Martin

Hi Jak This order was refunded because the details you provided on the order were not for where the card used was registered to, and we do state the correct details must be on the order otherwise it would be refunded. In the meantime someone else had ordered the items hence we had no more stock. Regards Martin

“Unfortunately, my company credit card was rejected. Tool Store kindly sent a Proforma Invoice to us but in the meantime I tried Amazon instead and the purchase went straight through. I appreciate and understand that some companies have to abide by enhanced security criteria for this, so I do not get too frustrated by this and I thank Tool Store for providing a secondary option.”
