“Extremely poor experience. Ordered and paid for a DeWalt pole strimmer online. The website said PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL. 20 minutes later I get an email saying order cancelled. No explanation. Phoned up the company and spoke to someone who lacked customer service ability who said the payment was checked by them and they couldn’t get the bank to process it. Spoke to my bank who had not had any direct dealing with them. I spend a good deal of money (like we all do) online and this has never happened before. Would not use this company.”

Hi I have looked into your order and found the order was refunded as your payment hadn`t gone thorugh the 3d secure process which is an additional security check usually done by your bank to confirm this is your doing the transaction. However without this on an order we aren`t covered by our merchant bank for the transaction hence my colleague emailed you to advise of this and stated the order had been refunded. This is not something we get involved in an is usually set between the card holder adn the bank in question. We wouldn`t contact your bank asking these questions regarding the order. Regards Martin
