“Used Timberwise twice now and find them to be a very professional company who do any excellent job. Care is taken to protect your floors/carpets as work can be messy and they leave as tidy as can reasonably be expected. They turn up when they say they will, technicians are friendly as is the surveyor who assessed work. This sort of work seems not to be cheap but then I’ve not comparison/knowledge so can’t really judge whether they are expensive or not but from my experience you can be sure of a first rate company to deal with. We used the Lincoln based office.”

“Carla completed a survey of my house and determined I had woodworm in my floorboards. She was extremely helpful and reassured me that it would be a straight forward job. Tomberwise came back within a few days and where helpful and booked the work for 10 days time. This will be the second time I have had work completed by Timberwise. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.”

“They began work early March 2024 to carry out a "3 week job". Its now August, they havent finished the job, preventing us from selling the property, and wont answer our attempts to speak with them. Avoid!!!”

“From the minute I phoned this company, (in a huge panic having discovered some woodworm beetles and very worried about the infestation spreading), I was treated beautifully by both people I spoke with, and they could not have been more helpful. Firstly Luke who answered the phone was kindness itself, and although in my particular situation he thought it might not come within Timberwise remit (mine seemed to be a furniture issue rather than structural woodworm) he went to great lengths finding sources of help for me (suggesting ways to find the correct specialist if needed). He then arranged for Gary, one of Timberwise surveyors, to phone and advise me anyway. Within 5 minutes Gary had phoned, he then spent time patiently explaining the reason for the reappearance of the little blighters following previous treatment by another company, and totally reassured me that this is normal, and what to do about it. I am not well, and the thought of having to deal with another seemingly big problem on top was very distressing. At no time did Luke or Gary treat me like a stupid little old woman (which happens often in my dealings with other tradesmen). Instead they went out of their way to give me swift answers and complete reassurance, even though it didn't result in a job for Timberwise on this occasion. It certainly will in future if I ever have need for their services, and because of their kindness, knowledge and professionalism I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs them. Thank you so much!”

“I give Timberwise 3 stars as it took a number of visits to restore my kitchen wall to its original condition. However I give Craig Jones 5 stars for his work on 26/6/24. He was friendly, efficient and did an excellent job applying skim to my cracked, bumpy kitchen wall.”
