“I found Tile Warehouse kept me up-to-date about the delivery. They cancelled a subsequent order for 2 extra boxes with no quibble as I'd 5 boxes left from my initial order. “My Honeysuckle Garden Arbour was delivered on time . The man who delivered it was very deficient and careful unloading the wood. I’m very pleased with the arbor . It’s pretty sturdy a d just what I needed for shade in my garden . Thank you”

“Mix up with builder meant we had to order in urgency but coms through the team were excellent and tiles arrived promptly (if you're in the "Highlands" aka anything north of Aberdeen 🤦🏻‍♀️ it's worth contacting them rather than believing the online quote for delivery.”
