“I really enjoyed the practical training, Richard and Luke delivered one of the best first aid courses that I ever attend, however when going online skipping from one topic to another was a struggle. Loading was very slow and that was the most annoying part, otherwise I was happy with the content of the course.”

“Good training but from my point of view it makes no sense to do an e-module course for this type of training. Practical sessions are much useful than online ones.”

“I found the trainer lost her thread a lot during the training and there was a lot missed out that was covered on previous first aid courses, luckily I have completed several courses so my knowledge is pretty good but there was a young girl on her first course and I feel that she wasn't taught everything needed.”
