“mostly good but there were several glitches during the course and test, saving progress. The first atttempt on the final test just skipped 9 questions and did give me the failed results. on the second attempt I got 90% but all answers that I clicked were correct. I guess that the format needs to change”

Hi Simon, thanks for the feedback. I am sorry you felt the training was too long- we have to follow regulations and the current guidance states there must be 6 hours face to face and 6 hours e-learning.

“to long when you have sat there for a day and then you have to do it online that takes 3 hours i would like to book my own training from now on”

“E-learning training as a whole was very good and very informative. I liked that each section had their own assessment at the end. I found that there was quite a lot of online training but only ten final questions at the end - which made it feel a little uneven - as in I did all the reading and learning for just ten random questions which wasnt even one question per section (maybe there should be at least one question per section in the final assessment?) Seems as if the videos made were a little rushed/not entirely smooth, as unwanted pauses or word mistakes were left in/not edited out??? Also it didnt allow me to write any comment when rating my trainer and the e-learning, hence a long review comment for the tigerlily training. (Katrina was brilliant and made the training very interesting and kept everyone interested for the entire time which in itself is difficult when its an all day thing)”

“On the E learning section of the course, I found that a few of the questions, had more than one correct answer ( according to the information given to read beforehand ) Also on a few questions, I felt that not all of the correct information had been given ....this applies to the short quizzes and to a lesser extent, in the final assessment.”
