“I found the trainer lost her thread a lot during the training and there was a lot missed out that was covered on previous first aid courses, luckily I have completed several courses so my knowledge is pretty good but there was a young girl on her first course and I feel that she wasn't taught everything needed.”

“The training course was very useful, particularly the practical day aspect. I felt it was a little rushed for time because there were a lot of people on the course and it would have been beneficial to spend more time on some areas. The trainer did very well to get through the large amount of content with such a big group of people.”

Sorry to hear that about the practical, we have high standards so we will look into this, and yes, we have put a lot of thought into our E-Learning and are very proud of it :)
