Instructor came an hour late - we didn’t have any contact whether any one was coming or not. It was unprofessional and would not recommend.

you can only view the content once, and the content is hardly informative, so there is hardly a meaningful learning experience here. some pages are absolutely useless and serve no purpose other than to waste your time. the online course is not eductional and you will most likely not learn anything, and more likely serves as a minimum requirement that everyone has to complete in order to be fully awarded, however as with many minimum requirements, there is also a minimum amount of effort put into it, so the consumer gets the short end of the stick due to lazy providers.

I can not tell whether the training I recieved was inaccurate (I think this is unliekly as I found James to be very useful) or that the questions given in the test are really lacking the approriate context needed to be able to make the decisions that you need to select to pass the test. I hope that in the future Tiger lilly may add questions that have somemore situational context so the test can be a more approriate meaure of someones understanding of first aid situations and emergencies rather than purely testing the memory of some facts.

I feel that i was profiled an the questions were a set up. The two black students wee given questions that the trainer could not answer. I fell that there should be more trainers of colour.

A really poor course, except for heroic efforts of Michelle and Peter, the trainers, who had to battle lots of problems with the venue and Tigerlily's (lack of) organisation. A list of issues: toilets uncleaned, no toilet paper or soap; trainers unaware that Tigerlily had changed room booking, so we had to change rooms and move equipment, which made start time 45 minutes late; no tea/coffee provided (I paid for whole group for it to be provided); rooms we moved to were too small for the practical aspects of the course (CPR etc), too hot and very grotty - tubs to catch rainwater and wallpaper peeling; presenters' powerpoint presentation had multiple spelling and grammar mistakes - at one point, even the trainers didn't understand a slide; no handbook or handouts provided - every first aid course I've ever been on in last 30 years has given a handbook. All in all, very poor quality provision all round. Tigerlily are responsible for the venue booking - this one was inadequate. I would like to discuss having a partial refund of the cost of the five places I paid for today: it really was not good quality.

If you need only a paper to proof your First Aid, then OK. If you want to learn and practice how to help a victim and safe her/his life, definitely not choose this course. Very much in rush, in a group of 20 people there is no chance and time to be involved. Presentation was in 150miles speed. If you are not native speaker, then you won't understand. I will not choose this course ever again. If I knew how it works here, I would rather to pay triple price for Red Cross First Aid Pediatric course. Was a big mistake to pay less and expect same/similar service.

Would not use again. One of my staff members developed a tummy bug and therefore could not attend the "Hands on " part of the training, despite completing the on-line part. In the childcare industry, staff are often sick for obvious reasons and im sure that no one attending the training would want to give CPR after she had! Very disappointing customer service. I appreciate their cancellation policy, but this was not a cancellation. They didn't even offer a partial discount to rebook her on the training. Yes Tigerlily are fairly "cheap" when it comes to Pediatric First Aid, which is why i used them. However, other training providers i have used are alot mre understanding when candidates are sick/contagious. You may may more else where, but thats exactly what i will be doing in future. Its costly enough in the childcare industry when you have to train up so many staff members, so throwing money away is not a good idea. Such a shame.

Hi Ayansina, thank you for your feedback. I have reviewed your records and unfortunately the first time you did not reach the 80% pass rate. However I can see that you redid the eLearning and have now passed. Thank you for training with us. Tigerlily Training Team

Training course was run with the pace of a hypoglycemic turtle - it was more of a 6 hour coffee morning.

This is tick box training of the lowest order. The videos are timed, so you can't skip them... but you can let them play in the background with the sound turned off whilst you get on with actual work. The 5 (yes - five!) questions that make the final assessment are so obvious I challenge anyone to fail the 'final assessment'. (And you could Google any answer at the same time if you fancied.) Using the "blended model" has enabled my employer to farm this training out into employees' own, unpaid time. Bring back in-person training where you actually learn something new.

He was late to start with The trainer was rude, humiliating people and continuously repeating the same thing over and over again, wasting time. The course could have been at least 2 hours shorter

Hi Linda, I'm very sorry to hear you feel this way. We will look into your comments regarding our Trainer as a priority. The course duration itself does have to cover the required content and meet HSE requirements therefore we would be unable to shorten the running time of the course. Kind regards, Tigerlily
