“The online part of the course is excellent: very concise and to the point. The in-person part was poor quality, far too long and frustrating. The trainer was nice but had a casual, trick-question style and none of the AV worked.”

“The videos are too long and for the move forward button is a waste of time. if you're aware of basic first aid. You should be able to move forward on things you know from experience.”

“Terry is really a good person but his voice goes low at times and I could not understand him. The online training helped me to understand the topics.”

“Good info, the quiz's at the end of the each module though needs to based on a passing percentage rather than: get it wrong, try again....yay you get 100% even though you had to do a question 3 times”

Thank you for your feedback. I have checked with the IT team and they have advised that if you complete the following steps - this will allow you to have subtitles on the videos. To turn on Live Caption in Chrome from your desktop, go to Chrome Settings, click on the Advanced section, then go to the Accessibility section. Many Thanks, Tigerlily

“Adequate. Class too big. Not much interaction with other people on course. Trainers friendly.”

“Training was ok a bit long venue easy to get to but cold and no facilities for tea or coffee or even fresh water to drink”

“Training was great but the Gymnasium we had our training in was unbelievably cold. We were all sitting in our coats. It made it very unpleasant and difficult to focus.”

“Some of the information is wrong according to current research, for instance, staying that meningitis is not easily spread among people is factually incorrect. Stating that you can give plenty of lucozade or sports drinks put some lives at risk. In fact, 25% of the population on earth suffers from allergies, many from diabetes, and forcing such drinks into a child's body without knowing their medical history puts their lives at risk. Additionally, the course does NOT distinguish between type 1 and type 2 diabetes. That's dangerous. There are plenty of incongruous statements all along. It is strongly suggested that you hire higher level professionals to restructure it completely. Finally, the lack of diversity is beyond disconcerting.”

“The e-learning course is very useful I really enjoyed it. However just one problem, the course could be more flexible e.g if I can’t to attend on practical day for a reason (e.g illness), it would be much better if I could change the practical date. Otherwise the course is really good. Thank you”
