The content is presented clearly and is easy to understand. It's repeated enough that you retain it all too. However, none of the videos have captions which I think is a huge flaw in this course.

I'm not happy as not slides are provided how the person from non biology background remember febriles ..please allow to share content it's not easy to remember all diseases and causes for mcq

Our instructor Terry was fantastic, but really disappointed with the facilities. No AC, no refreshments and all of us were outraged to pay £10 for parking. Such a shame to spoil an interesting course.

Having carried out lots of first aid courses I found Tigerlily backwards. You self train yourself doing the online course first which is time restricted and each page makes you wait to long before you can move forward. Other course's teach you on the day with practicals and then questionaire when you get home. Tigerlily felt like they had to waste time to get the full 6 hours because not as informative more testing the knowlege you taught yourself doing the online learning before hand. Wouldnt book again, there was 21 people on the course lots of waiting.
