Easy to understand and time-effective

Having carried out lots of first aid courses I found Tigerlily backwards. You self train yourself doing the online course first which is time restricted and each page makes you wait to long before you can move forward. Other course's teach you on the day with practicals and then questionaire when you get home. Tigerlily felt like they had to waste time to get the full 6 hours because not as informative more testing the knowlege you taught yourself doing the online learning before hand. Wouldnt book again, there was 21 people on the course lots of waiting.

Was very easy to access and good to learn but couldn’t read some things or wouldn’t let me go on to next page and was mucking about

Training was informative in parts but it was very repetitive in some aspects as we had already covered this in our e learning. Trainer was friendly mostly but at times impatient and strict.

There were not enough chairs at the London acorn school, I had to sit on a small child's seat and have now injured my back and am having to take time off work.

Found the course interesting and gathered loads of information thoroughly… just a few things Parking a real issue as it cost a fortune to park in the Oracle. NO refreshments ( at that price you’d expect it as a long day 7 hours) We were told by email be there to register at 9.15 ready to start dead on 9.30 that Infact never actually started till about 9.50ish… When also you say late attendance you won’t be able to do the course yet people strolled in whenever they wanted to between 9.15 and 9.50.. Also where does it say we had to do a test at the end of the course? We’d already done the online part. Also having that many attendees I didn’t think many of us could see the screen set up by the lady in charge, so very very difficult to see to write down notes.
