“I have had a consistently excellent experience of this small, quality-focussed company. Thomas Bird are the real thing; in my experience at least, they really do deliver what they claim to: very high quality Italian-style footwear at a fair price. Special commendation for representing the colour of their products so accurately online - a notoriously difficult challenge for online retailers.”

“I have bought several shoes over several years from Thomas Bird and I have always been delighted with my purchases. I used to buy Church's and Crocket & Jones and now Thomas Bird is my favourite shoemaker with its sleek modern look. Last time I suggested in my feedback that it would be a nice touch to include a shoehorn with the impeccably bagged and packed shoes. Someone definitely listened! Thank you Samantha”

“This is the second pair of shoes I have bought from Thomas Bird. First class shoes and first class service. I bought my first pair for big occasions, weddings for instance, and are really comfortable even after a long day in them. This pair of Oxford shoes are comfortable from Day 1 and look amazing in tan.”

“I had concerns about having been previously hacked prior to my order! However I contacted Thomas Bird about the issues and concerns I have and there response reinforced my confidence thoroughly ,so much so I placed the order through normal channels ,where I received the order one hundred percent right on time with a classy pristine piece of foot candy!!!!!which was exactly what it said on the tin colour quality, packaging was perfect where no damage was encountered and all we’re pristine.”
