“My first time using this wonderful company. Having ordered a pair of shoes which turned up promptly, I found they were too big. I requested an exchange for a smaller pair which was handled very swiftly and I even had a call from. Ann to make sure everything was okay. You can’t ask for more than that! I will certainly be ordering more footwear from these people.”

“I have purchased Thomas Bird shoes for over 10 years now and recently purchased two briefcases from them. Overall quality of the products is great and the workmaship that goes into the shoes alone is excellent. Some of the shoes I have that are several years old now look much better than newer shoes I have from different companies. Customer service is also excellent as someone typically responds to an issue within 24 hours. I recently had an issue with a pair of Chestnut Benson wholecuts I purchased and customer service responded quickly and addressed my problem with politeness and care. I always feel valued as a customer when I reach out to the company and that is quality worth brand loyalty to me.”
