“I googled best penny loafers and this company popped up. I usually stick with Ferragamo and Gucci for work shoes but wanted to try something different. I paid additional for 2 day shipping but it took about a week to get the two pairs that I ordered not including the 3 days that they sat at UPS because they required a signature for drop off. Why? The cost of both pairs were a little more than 1/3 the cost of Gucci loafers and they just drop them at the door. All in all the shoe seems to be decent but the color on one pair was a little different than what I expected. I should’ve returned them immediately but my anger fades quickly and who has time to waste waiting a week to see if they actually made it. Not me! Very doubtful that I will support the Bird regime in the future”

Sorry to hear UPS tried 3 times and weren't able to reach you. We tend to ship all shoes with a 'signature required' given the value of the items. In future, I'd be more than happy to state on the parcel label that they can be left in a safe place. Sorry to hear the colour of the shoes weren't to your expecations. We try to photograph actual stock in various light conditions to best represent the true tone and colour. I'll review the product with studio images again and check everything is ok as we haven't had any issues with any of the loafers in recent months. Many thanks, Stuart.
