I corresponded with a lady called Samantha from Thomas Bird, who dealt with the collection and the delivery of the correct size within two days. Absolutely first class customer service combined with a fantastic product.”

“Just arrived second pair of shoes Hampton blue suede. Stunning shoe. Runs a little big. Customer service does not get better. Sent back and exchanged for smaller size and received replacement within several days. Purchased and worn some expensive shoes in my life time. TB shoes. Are the greatest bang for the dollar. Quality of both pair exceed my expectations not to mention outstanding customer service. Emphasis added.”
