“I have been with TH March since 2019. Unfortunately, I lost my engagement ring recently. This was obviously very upsetting as I had a huge amount of sentimental attachment to the piece. The claim handler (Megan Perry) was extremely efficient and professional, dealing with all enquiries and aspects of the claim very quickly. My claim was resolved speedily and I have a replacement ring that I am very happy with, from a jeweller that I trust. I would recommend TH March to anyone looking to insure their engagement ring.”

“Received great service from Jade McDermott in managing a jewellery replacement claim. Despite some initial issues with the jewellery item being discontinued and vague indications of only an alternative being available, Jade made further enquiries with the jeweller to see whether an exact replacement could be obtained. Fortunately, it was possible to have an exact replacement and this was received as a result of Jade's support. Very happy to have experienced quality service levels, clear communication and timely responses during the TH March claim process. Thanks to the team!”

“I had to update my address. Spoke with Brioney who was fantastic. Got everything updated with a minimum of fuss. I realise this might seem a bit light in terms of my need, but I have used THM for almost 10 years now and they have always been exceptional. From taking out my policy, adding to it and renewals they are brilliant.”

“I have a lovely Account Handler who is always extremely helpful. We have just had to make a claim and our Claims Manager was also wonderful. The claims process was so straight forward, and settlement from start to finish was so quick - I have actually never experienced an insurance company that is so straight forward and quick!”

“I’ve been with TH March for 15 years and they have always been brilliant. I recently lost my watch and had a lovely lady called Charlotte Allen dealing with my claim and she was amazing and so helpful at a particularly bad time for me, what was unknown to her…. “I've just been talking to Rachel, regarding taking out an new insurance policy. To say she was wonderful would be an understatement. She guided me though the process, was highly efficient and knowledgeable. She was so good that I instantly took out a policy, which saved me over £1,600. Thank you Rachel, you are a star and now I have my stuff protected, thanks to you and your excellent people handling skills.”
