“An incredible experience from start to finish. I was a little nervous as this was the first time engaging with THM to have a damaged watch repaired. Charlotte was so professional, understanding, prompt with questions/responses and guided me all the way through the process. I cannot fault the service, it felt personal and human all the way through and my watch is like new thanks to the service at the manufacturer where I bought it from. First class brand and business who treat their customers brilliantly. Highly recommended.”

“First class service from start to finish. Having had to make a claim for the first time, I was very impressed at how quickly everything was dealt with, with no quibbles. Contacted the company late afternoon and had a response the following morning. Very helpful staff and was kept up to date at all times. Had a response the following day to go ahead and organise a replacement. Cannot rate TH March highly enough.”

“This is hands down, the best customer service I have ever experienced. From my initial consultation to take out insurance to actually filing for a claim and picking up a replacement watch. They were extremely patient too, never rushing me or pushing me to get things done. I did everything at my own pace whilst my watch waited for collection. I have had no issues whatsoever with them and they have been the best to work with. Thank you so much. I will be insuring my next watch with your team very soon!”

“We had an unfortunate accident with my wifes gold watch while on holiday in Spain. The watch is on a special jewellery insurance and we had no problem with the claim after providing necessary details about it. Our communication was first by telephone, later by e-mail. Very good service.”
