“Far from impressed with the service thus far. I’ve recently purchased a watch and agreed to insure with them however the service is really slow and somewhat lacking. I’ve sent emails with information they’ve requested only to have to chase them 7 days later as I’ve not had a response, despite them telling me I only had interim cover for 14 days. As a high end specialist insurer I would have expected a much better service”

Dear Graham We are very sorry to hear that you have not been impressed with our service so far whilst trying to set up insurance for your watch because you have felt the follow up information/document gathering slow. As you will see from our many reviews here on reviews.io, this is not the experience we ordinarily provide or aim for. Thank you for taking the time to talk to my colleague Kate today.
