“Excellent service from TH March when my watch suffered accidental damage. My claim was reviewed and approved promptly and Charlotte and her team liaised with the jeweller throughout over the repair. A thoroughly professional service carried out without fuss at a time when I felt extremely distressed about the damage caused to an expensive timepiece.”

“I recently had the need for an engagement ring to be repaired after it suffered some damage. We have been insured with TH March for 11 years, but thankfully not needed to claim until now. I was initially nervous about having to claim for the damage and how much of a faff it will be but TH March made it effortless. Once we had found a jeweller to repair the ring TH March made contact and moved the process forward until we were able to collect the ring! Huge thanks to Michelle in the Claims Team for making this such a painless process. We now have our ring back, beautifully repaired and sparkling. Michelle responded to my questions and emails promptly and the whole process from the start of the claim to picking up the repaired ring was about three weeks which I think is excellent. Thank you!”

“Have had a watch insured for years. Glass broke and called TH March to process claim. It was so easy and efficient. No hassle. No hidden fees. It’s so annoying when things break but this was the perfect solution. Would highly recommend TH March (Jade McDermott).”

“Customer service was prompt and helpful. My ring was repaired without any hesitation. I was very grateful to have my ring looking beautiful again. Jewellery insurance is so important. We forget that it isn’t just theft - if we lose a diamond it can be very expensive to replace.”

“The service from the TH March claims team is extraordinary. We were dealing with a flooded kitchen, thanks to the handiwork of a national retailer when fitting a washing machine. Dealing directly with the retailer was painful and stressful and felt like going round in circles. The TH March claims team stepped in under our home insurance, and not only did they help with breaking down the steps of what was needed, such as connecting with a drying company, sourcing new flooring etc. their calming support completely changed the experience from something very upsetting and never-ending to a bump in the road that could be fixed. We started out fairly terrified but, thanks to the team, we were reassured and had so much hassle taken out of our hands. They are so knowledgeable, professional, and full of empathy. Not only did they give dedicated help throughout the claim process but they also fought for the retailer to pay back what had to be paid out in the claim, meaning - fingers crossed - our renewal premiums in future won't be so affected by this. Thank you TH March claims team!”

“My experience with TH March has been exceptional. I was very distressed to loose a precious ring … it came off my hand on a cold day and has never been found. TH March were amazing, kind, I was very upset, professional and understanding. The claim was settled fairly and with speed. I will always use them in the future. Excellent.”
