“I would highly recommend TH March & Co, I had a very good experience when I lost my engagement ring which was very upsetting. The staff were very sympathetic and professional and made the whole process of making a claim very simple. I now have my beautiful replacement ring and very happy, thank you.”

“Sympathetic customer service, explaining what to do, multiple times as well with patience as the first time I could not really concentrate as I had lost the diamond from my engagement ring. Helped me find a jewellery repair place. Claim paid quickly with no problems. Thank you so much, I will recommend to anyone in the future!”

“TH March were very sympathetic when my South Sea pearl bracelet broke irreparably, and replaced it with a like for like bracelet with beautiful pearls which I’m over the moon with. Their service was professional but human at all times. I highly recommend TH March”

“Beyond happy with the speed and quality of service from TH March. I had my watch stolen on a weekend and informed the claims team. Before 9 am on the Monday Charlotte Allan had reached out and had sent instruction of what they needed from me. Jade McDermott took over my claim and was extremely helpful making the whole experience stress free until it was sorted. Many thanks to you Both!”

“Having the misfortune to have lost a piece of treasured jewellery, from the minute I phoned THMarch, they were helpful, providing guidance on action to take to try and recovery the item. They responded within 1 day to any email. Their service, was top class. They confirmed within 5 days the settlement. TH March dealt with my jeweller in a helpful manner. I can not recommend them enough to anyone who needs jewellery insurance. True service!”

“It was so easy when I needed to make a claim following accidental damage to my bangle. Just a quick phone call and email with the claim details and photos and the rest was all taken care of by the claims team. Throughout the process I was kept informed about the progress of the claim. Would highly recommend to anyone.”
