“5 star service from TH March. After losing my engagement ring, I was worried about the claims process as a first-time policyholder. They handled everything brilliantly from the initial check to the final replacement. Their team is efficient and reliable. Highly recommend insuring your jewellery with them. “In recently had to claim for a lost necklace that occurred while travelling, the overall experience from everyone at TH March was extremely positive. The claim was dealt with efficiently and seamlessly, this service goes a long way during a stressful situation of losing an item that has sentimental value! The team were quick to respond and were clear on what was required to progress. I would strongly recommend!”

“A really stressful situation with loosing the central stone from beloved engagement ring - the team at TH March were super-helpful guiding me through the process with oodles of patience and good advice. Their existing strong relationship with my preferred jeweller ensured that a similar replacement stone could be sourced, the ring repaired and hopefully returned to me very soon. I have no reservations in recommending this insurance company, who offer a very professional but also personalised approach. I think the premiums are very reasonable too - accommodating changes/additions at no or little cost.”

“We have a jewellery insurance policy with TH March and have just had to make a claim for the loss of two rings.
