“I always hated talking to insurance companies till I dealt with TH March, real people on the phone and just honestly a pleasant experience every time with staff who are fantastic. If you want a hassle free experience and fair treatment by a patient customer service team use them. Can't praise them enough!”

“Hi team! I just wanted to let you know about the UNREAL service I have just received from one of you jewellery staff members, Kay! Honestly, the conversation we just had has made my day! PLEASE GIVE THE GIRL SOME PRAISE!!! Fully explained the journey and process to me, her manner towards the conversation was professional and friendly and we pretty much laughed the whole time! “We were in the unfortunate position whereby we needed to rely on insurance to claim for a lost/stolen ring. We were able to easily submit a claim online and within 24 hours, able to speak to someone to confirm a few extra details and then within a couple of days we had confirmation that the insurance would cover our claim. They were always incredibly helpful, super understanding of the stressful situation and were able to arrange payment with our jewellers without the need for us to do anything. Couldn't praise TH March more.”
