“I have been with T H March for 9 years and I was unfortunate enough to have to make a claim on one of my personal items. I was dealt with by Jade McDermott, who was nothing short of amazing! She handled my claim from start to finish and made sure it was a swift smooth process, which it was. She really was great, especially after what I went through. “Have been using TH March for 7 years to insure my partner’s jewellery and always had excellent service and value for money. Unfortunately had to make a claim and it could not have been simpler to complete very professionally dealt with in swift and timely manner stress free and now have a happy woman knowing her ring being repaired. “TH March were excellent in handling my claim for my lost wedding ring. I provided them all of the details, and got a response back in a couple of days confirming that a new ring would be made for me at no cost to myself. TH March were excellent throughout the process, and I thoroughly recommend them!”
