“I did get great help I had to email woolfactory about my order it was damaged half my wool was lost they acted fast I had to send photo of letter from Royal Mail they send my lost wool plus extra wool got them next day I am very pleased thank you ❤️xxx”

“Ordered some wool for my Mum who knits squares. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong type of wool. Customer service promptly gave me a gift voucher as credit, and I re-ordered. Had not used the Wool Factory before, but found them really helpful. Wool also delivered quickly, and Mum was really pleased with it.”

“This family led business is truly amazing. They are constantly bringing in new products and showing new ideas. The owners and staff are fantastic, so welcoming and helpful. I feel like I'm meeting friends everytime in walk into either shop. I can order online and collect in store. Everyday I receive emails with info about products or future plans. I feel so inspired and enjoy my knitting so much now, and im also challenging myself to some crocheting. Theres always someone who would help me should i nwed advice! To see how the business started and where it is now is truly a credit to you all. The chatter in the shop from customers is so positive and friendly. I visit anywhere between 1 and 3 times a week and I always spot something I've not seen before. Prices are fair and the pop up offers are great. Quality and choice is amazing. If you are reading this and love crafting, knitting, sewing, crocheting or just want something different to challenge yourself with then do not hesitate to visit the wool factory. There is also all sorts of finished items around the store for inspiration.”

“I love having a wander into The wool factory shop in Skegness. It’s a wonderful place. The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. I ordered a click and collect parcel and it couldn’t be anymore simple. Although any excuse for a look round is always good.”

“I knit poloneck inserts. They're great under anything, keep you warm - but not too warm and are less bother than a scark, either to wear or make! With one 100g ball I can make a polo neck and am knitting my way through my first delivery of beautiful doubleknit wool/mix. It's beautiful yarn, came very quickly and is so easy to select and order from the website. I shall be doing it again - and again!”
