“I like to buy my wool at wool factory it always crochet up nicely and it's nice to be able to get it delivered as there isn't many places to buy wool in Boston we mainly buy wool to crochet and knit for butterfly hospice shop so your prices are responsible”

“Ordered x2 downloadable pdf files for my wife. Following initial disappointment that we were unable to download these knitting patterns and then experienced difficulty in receiving any additional email instructions, we eventually made telephone contact with David who was apologetic and extremely helpful, explaining that they had responded promptly to our emails but apparently these had never been received, and then took time to trouble shoot over the phone before finally contacting us directly via his personal email with the attached pdf files which we were able to download immediately. We are extremely grateful for David`s actions, so despite our initial concerns over communication issues through their website which in hindsight may have been a problem with our email reception, we can confirm their excellent customer service provision in quickly resolving the issue and would therefore have no hesitation in dealing with The Wool Factory again in the future.”

“Everything fantastic. From online ordering to delivery. I went to the shop to look round whilst on holiday and spent fortune. Much to hubby's dismay. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good quality wool at a good price. Joined the VIP club and just had my 2nd delivery. A big thank you from me, but not my hubby. In his words "all I can hear is click click of bloody needles".”
