“Great selection and easy to order. Lovely email of the progress of the order through all the handlers! However a little disappointed with the orange and multi coloured yarns as they are thicker, though not quite chunky than the red. I am knitting jackets for twin girls and thought I would do different colours with contrasting neck and cuff which would be the same and funky buttons .....the orange one is bulkier than I hoped. I love the care you take.”

“Excellent, with great customer service. My order was received within 3 days of placing it. My wife says the yarn is beautiful to knit with and feels like silk, and is really good value for money. For excellent service will definitely be using this trader again”

“I came across this absolutely gem of place, it's kind of like living the rainbow yarn dream. You will find every thing you need to complete your project, I've brought yarn and yarn and more yarn oh and patterns. Delivery is quick and packed beautifully,the prices are very reasonable and the yarn is of a high standard, I had a couple of naughty balls of yarn in the same order and batch that had hidden knots and breaks inside, I know you can't tell a naughty ball of yarn from a great one so I thought I would let them know at the factory , just in case more had tried to sneak in. It was dealt with rapidly and luckily I managed to finish my project. Due to the friendly understanding hard working staff ,(which is a rare these days) I placed another order delivered quickly and ready to begin another project.”

“Great customer service and very pleased with the yarn I have bought especially Jarol baby rambler aran and the Sunbeam which is lovely and smooth. Though I did have to buy a dk pattern for the Sunbeam as too thin for the aran pattern I had.”
