“Service and delivery were very good. Using 1 x 400g hank had a series of joins near the beginning so a considerable length of wool had to be discarded. Is this usual? Even if secure, the fault would have been obvious in the finished garment.”

“I was really impressed that all the colours I needed for my pattern (about 15) were in stock but they took 10 days to arrive. Some of the time might have been Christmas delays but I don't feel I could give a 5 star review with the delivery service I received. Otherwise happy.”

“I was pleased with the purchase of melange and the price but a little disappointed the colours didn't match well within the same yarn. EG the burgandy colour mentioned in each ball and the brown were different.”

“I was very pleased with the promptness that I received my order. However I was disappointed that the wool was not the same dye/lot numbers in each colour. I bought 2 balls in each of 5 colours.”

“I have to admit to being a bit disappointed in the Woolcraft Aran. There are some bits of coloured threads in the pale grey that shouldn't be there, and my garment is stocking stitch so they really show. Apart from that I received the same excellent speedy service I am accustomed to from Wool Factory. My missing pattern was dealt with satisfactorily.”
