“I buy wool for our Knitters and Natters group. yes, your deliveries are prompt, but I think £50 postage free is a lot, as it was £25 earlier. We knit for charity so any money we get in subs goes to pay the hire of the Church, then wool.”

“You can see at a glance if the wool you like is in stock. When you place an order a confirmation is sent out. Once your order is on its way to you another email is sent. So kept informed all throughout when an order has been placed”

“There was a problem with the PDF'S not downloading which happens every time I purchase one . This was resolved after a few days by your customer service. It was just very annoying.”

“The yarn l have bought is good quality, and the delivery is prompt, and l ref order frequently , however l get charged p&p , it would be a nice idea to haven a loyalty scheme for returning regular customers, that would do away with the st of P&P”

“Very happy with yarn. Just one thing. I have found quite a few joins in the 400g balls I have used so far (two) I find this a little annoying when I like to do any joins at end of rows. I have had to undo a row every time to take join to end of row. So no joins in garment. I hope I have explained clearly. I don't realise there is a join until too late. Otherwise completely satisfied with delivery and yarn.”
