“I have ordered yarn from the wool factory a few times now. They have been brilliant! The yarn has always been good quality, and communication has been good, making it known that there may be delays on delivery due to Royal Mail. They are my go to when I need to order more yarn!”

“Ordered some sock wool at a really good price. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail deliveries, it took a little longer than expected in getting my delivery, I emailed The Wool Factory to get an eta and the very next day had a reply... customer service could not fault and it was worth the wait. Will definitely be using again.”

“I love this company. The wool I receive is always quality and the best price around. Perhaps best of all is the outstanding customer service- Royal Mail was in overload over the festive period and deliveries were lost or late but Angel and the team could not have done more to help and always so nicely. I won't buy my wool anywhere else now. Thanks Team Wool Factory :-)”

“Excellent communication about delay in product. Would highly recommend. But my advise would be to select next day delivery to ensure product gets to you, due to problems with royal mail.”
