“I realised after placing my order that I had ordered the wrong shade of yarn. I contacted them and they changed my order to the shade I should have ordered with no bother. Have just placed another order as I was so happy with their service. The loyalty points are great too!”

“Was able to go to the shop at last after lock down. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They have lots of stock and are always happy to help choose the right yarn. I've been a customer for a while now and wouldn't to anywhere else, I think I it's important to shop locally especially after lock dow.”

“I’ve never written a review but I ordered a pattern, couldn’t download it, contacted the Wool factory and got no response, contacted PayPal and got no response and eve asked for a refund with no response., so I’m afraid on this occasion I cannot say the service has been good.”
