“I knit and crochet for Ukraine charity PUMA .Wool Factory great value for money. Teddy wool amazing for toys and half price at moment made beautiful bears and Easter chickens for Ukrainian children. Would recommend to all especially if crafting for charities”

“My wife makes sensory muffs for the Royal Derby Hospital Trust and we fund it. The Wool Factory is a very useful re source and our latest order was last week. We also go to their shop in Alford and their stall on Mablethorpe Thursday market. We buy DK wool iof different brands and colours. The Wool Factory staff are very good and helpful and if you order £28 worth the delivery is free. Their delivery service is very fast and efficient.”

“Have used you for a while now. I knit blankets which I donate to the PDSA shop in inverurue,which they sell to customers. There is a good choice of the wool i use and when I order wool it comes in good time. Will continue to use you going forward.”

“No problems with yourselves or the goods ordered, however, the royal mail delivered my order to a completely different address not even on the same road and we had to trail around looking for it. Absolutely no fault of yours as address was correct on parcel. Would risk ordering again”

“I had seen the wool factory advertised on fb , I didn’t really need anymore wool but thought , I would place an order to try it out , I wasn’t disappointed the service is excellent, super fast delivery, very reasonable prices , communication spot on and the products are amazing, so much so that I placed a second order right away for even more wool that I don’t really need , I recommend the wool factory 150% .”
