“I find The Wool Factory suits my needs for all kinds of wool and shoping made easy. .Because I can't get to the shop it's easy to get my quality.shades, and the most important price of wool to make baby blankets. “I have used The Wool Factory for years as they provide an excellent service. Their wool is very reasonably priced and good quality. There is a great variety of types and colours available. Delivery is quick. Any discrepancy is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Love them.”

“I was disappointed that I never received my order. Received notification from DPD that my order was being cancelled and returned to the wool factory. I had emaile to ask who would be refunding my next day delivery charge, David and Vicky both quoted back a generic response, not be happy with the reply I emailed again only this time to get a reply from Vicky with some of the text being in capitals, with my customer service experience I know she was shouting back at me. This was my first order and I can tell you it most certainly will be the last. I also have to mention I got my delivery charge back.”
