“I have been extremely pleased with the service and efficiency of the Alford branch of Wool Factory. The young woman who served was friendly, informative and encouraging, The shop was beautifully stocked and a pleasure to visit on what was a freezing cold February day. The online service was very quick and as we live not too far away the wool was collected from the shop. Well done and I'm happy to give 5 stars. Hazel”

“I have never before ordered on line. I bought a ball of yarn at exhibition last year and had to get another ball as I had not bought enough to finish garment. Unfortunately the wrong yarn was sent but the customer services department were most helpful and were able to send the correct ball with same dye number.”

“Have no complaints re the service provided, but disappointed with Hayfield Spirit DK shade Autumn. Despite all the batch numbers being the same, when knitting and joining on the next ball, I discovered the shade was darker on the new ball. Fortunately I had ordered 7 balls as was not sure what pattern I was going to use, managed to get my husbands cardigan finished. Have used this brand before with no problems.”
