“I was disappointed with the quality of two of the 5 balls of DK wool I recently ordered from you. 3 were fine, but thered was thicker and than the others and the Old Rose was a poor colour and more like Aran wool than DK.”

“I enjoyed great service, firstly working out what colour wool was on a pattern so I could order it and then the order arrived very promptly. I am now enjoying knitting with beautiful wool and looking forward to the finished garment being enjoyed.”

“When buying wool I look for the cheapest. The reason for this is that I knit a load of goods for my local baby unit, which they sell or use for themselves. The money they raise goes toward buying extra equipment for the unit. This year I have made over 20 tops and a load of bonnet and bootee sets. So I try to keep the costs as low as I can as it all comes out of my money. Thank you for making that possible.”

“Excellent service on each occasion that I have used this company. I have recently bought a number of Sirdar yarns and the prices on them were excellent.
