“I love the Wool Factory I’m not one to sit and knit a lot as my grand children and great grandchildren are growing up now, but when they mention they need something kitted I immediately think of the Wool Factory I have purchased from them many times and the service is excellent, there wool is excellent too, prices are good, and the service is great. They inform you when the wool is on its way, what a great Company.”

“Fantastic service. When lockdown was announced I was low on wool. I searched on line for Woolcraft DK. and the wool factory was one that came up. I was talked through my first online order and I've managed .to make 2 more on my own. Delivery times have been amazingly quick.”

“The wool choice from the wool factory for what I was looking for , was the best I could find. The delivery was prompt. What I would really like when I buy wool is to see it knitted up in swatches. I found an on line wool shop who presented all their wool like this once and I would buy from them again if I could remember who they were simply so I can see what the wool look likes knitted up.”
