“Easy to follow website with loads of information. Great range of wools in rainbows of colours. Simple to calculate amount of wool needed for a pattern. Fair range of needles,could have done with some shorter needles.”

“Have recently become a Grandparent, and so decided to take up knitting again (after many years) to make those special, original items for baby. The wool factory was recommended to me by a good friend who knits for pleasure. I was delighted that the wool factory exceeded my expectations. The variety of all things knitting (or crocheting) from needles to yarn, & patterns. What also concerned me was ethics, environmentally friendly yarn etc, and was so pleased at what the wool factory have to offer. I was very happy with the products I purchased, and shall definitely be a returning customer now that I have the knitting bug again!”

“your wool factory is great it cuts out a lot of middle men with which is first class, your wool is good as i use a lot of wool in all colours the only thing is that you are hard to find , please could you let me no from time to time any offers as i work for charitys and the price for buying wool is a stigmer”
