“your wool factory is great it cuts out a lot of middle men with which is first class, your wool is good as i use a lot of wool in all colours the only thing is that you are hard to find , please could you let me no from time to time any offers as i work for charitys and the price for buying wool is a stigmer”

“I’ve been a customer of The Wool Factory for about 7 years and have found it to be an excellent organisation. I’ve knitted Aran garments for myself and my grandchildren and double knitting cardigans all of which have been hard wearing. At present I’m busy knitting pure wool Aran cushion covers. Ordering is easy and delivery is generally within 3-5 days. Grant and his staff are there to assist and should a problem occur their help is always given.”

“Very pleased with my order which I received within 48 hours. Wool bought is of very good quality and knits up well. Bought 100% signet wool and merino wool both very good value for money!
