“I was dubious about using online shopping, but the wool factory have restored my faith in human nature. The wool arrived very quickly and it’s beautiful. So soft & as I use it for blankets for the homeless, will be much appreciated. Thank you Wool Factory, I’ve recommended you to my friends & will use you again”

“Goods sent very promptly and well packaged. Good and polite customer service and missed item sent out separately. Their sale area is brilliant for me because nearly everything I make goes to charitable concerns such as the shop of the hospital where I have been a patient for many years.”

“Purchased this yarn and have only used half of it so far so extremely economical. Only use pure wool yarn normally but this was a mixed fiber. So a worked out a design and the result is below.”
