“Out of 3 orders, in as many weeks, one went missing, to which was rectified ASAP, an soon delivered, wool is always in beautiful condition, knits well , an so much to choose from , packed well for postage, will not use any other company.”

“It’s easy to order online and they keep you updated about the delivery etc. if there has not been what I have wanted in stock then I have rang and they have ordered what I wanted and sent it. Staff are pleasant x”
