“Good range of products and excellent prices. Quick delivery. But what impressed me most was the customer service. I realised I needed to amend my order after placing it and emailed the company. The staff that dealt with the queries were really helpful and sorted it all immediately. Very happy.”

“Just received my order which came in 6days on standard postage and at Easter great service. The order was the button sale 50packs. Some really good buttons sets amused it I have just finished 2baby jackets and needed buttons and there in the parcel was the right colour and size so how lucky am I.Thanks.”

“I’ve bought so much wool especially during lockdown, but for many years before also, that I’ve had to buy a whole rack of storage boxes to house my stash:). I have literally lost count of how many blankets, shawls, throws, and toys I’ve made with wool from The Factory. Ordering is easy, delivery is quick, and the wool is great value for money.”

“The wool I've purchased has been excellent value and good value. When I had a delivery issue, the customer care department were very helpful and the problem resolved. I also like the fact that the delivery time is in 1 hrs slots for the next day delivery service”

“Very good service apart from when the company run out of stock or choices of high wool content yarns or pure wool choices. It should be about saving the planet by using natural fibres rather than Acrylic which does not biodegrade when finished with.”
