“Very happy with the wool I bought from the Wool Factory. As a first time user of this particular outlet I was more than swayed towards using them again for my next knitting project. “I love all my products. They came in waterproof well sealed postage bags. It took less than a week to arrive. The products were almost 100% what I expected. In one case it exceeded my expectations! I am happy with the yarns and hope to buy from them again in the near future. Decent prices too. Thank you!”
