“Wool not in stock when first ordered but emailed when it was and sent very quickly. Very pleased with product, swift delivery and packaging. One pair of needles was missing but error soon rectified by helpful phone call to customer services and sent by return of post. Thankyou.”

“Orders are always dispatched promptly and arrive within a few days, by post. When an item was missed from one order, they went out of their way to ensure the missing item was sent promptly and apologised profusly. I shall continue to order wool as the service is excellent and they have a wide selection of wools and colours. I can highly recommend this company.”
