“I have bought wool from The Wool Factory for some time now. Just recently I thought I would try my hand at embroidery, but when the kit arrived I realised that at 83 it was beyond my ability, so I asked if I could return it and exchange for wool. This was agreed immediately, and I have now received my exchange wool. I must thank them for their help.”
