“The only criticism of the wool factory is that it seems to take ages to replenish the double knitting wool that is out of stock and some colours seem to take ages to come back in even with an email alert to say they are back in. Listing only the colours available would be preferable so I don't have to click on every colour I want only to find its out of stock !”

“A Christmas gift that was ‘wool’ received by my Mum, who is a knitting fanatic. Knitting has been her salvation through lockdown. She was really pleased with her ‘woolly’ lovely practical gift, the colours chosen and the quality. She doesn’t have the facility to order online herself but has said she can get a neighbour to do so on her behalf. So she was impressed enough to become a repeat customer in the future.”

“I ordered a knitting pattern on 7th Dec as I have the wool and wanted to knit whilst being isolated at home. I paid for first class postage but the pattern finally arrived on 28 Dec....3 weeks late. I found I could download the same pattern from another company online so I did this. The one from Wool Factory is still unopened as I have no need for it. Complete waste of money. I guess it’s not a fault if the company but very frustrating that when I enquired they said it was on the way, but offered no further assistance.”
