“,order number 96797/271120/43 . i still have not received my order .i have emailed you twice .4/12 and 15/12 to say i still not have received this pattern. your response was royal mail were taking up to 15days to deliver, well you can see given when the order was place this is now a month so either you send me another order or send me a refund”

“I love this business! They have a huge choice of wool, anything you could want from big ball value acrylics to precious little gems in high end fibres...and all at amazingly prices. I am spoiled as it's in the next town over from us and they push out on our town's weekly market but generally I buy online and delivery is prompt (since lockdown they drop the parcels in person on the same day!!!!, real service with a smile.) I recently indulged in a mastery parcel and it was mad value, a huge variety of great wool, grab one when they are available and you'll be delighted by the inspirational contents!”
