“Unfortunately my purchase didn’t happen the wonders of the post office lost it and I Carnt find anything else at the moment that I like, I have used you a long time and on my first time on line results not good , hey ho that’s life regards Polly”

“I am very impressed by the speed of my order and the quick response to my emails. Highly recommend for customer service. However I am deducting marks for the lack of a replacement wool, the product I ordered was not the required colour and you were happy to replace, unfortunately there has been no mustard wool available for over a week, a request button would definitely assist customers.”

“Wool is a great colour and arrived in great time. A had a bit of an issue using PayPal with the website which kept changing my delivery address which is why it's 4/5*. Would buy from them again!”
