“Brilliant delivery, good price, lovely Zig Zag yarn, gonna buy some Drops Safari today. Lovely stuff. Slippers, gloves, bottle holders, cardigans, terrific.”

“Sorry to say not happy with the wool I bought only on the first ball and there are so many flaws in it, example thicker then fluffy bits, unhappy costomer and sorry you've lost a customer.”

Unfortunately we don't manufacture the yarn and we don't know if yarns will have any flaws or faults until it is being used. “Quick and easy ordering process and the items ordered are despatched and delivered in a timely way. I really like the organza bags that the wool come in as it allows me to keep every thing together or can create used as a gift bag if gifting a finished product. Ordered lots of wool from here as it is really good quality and a good price”

“I’m very happy with the service iv recived from the wool factory to good value for money and is one of the cheapest factory’s sadly though due to this virus iv never actually been to the shope I will continue to shop u you From now on when I have order from inthe past iv usually had the wool within a few days or sooner many thanks miss a j Hayes/amanda”

“Excellent to deal with. My only issue now is that living in Ireland I may have to pay duty on arrival of my order...... Perhaps you can advise me on this. I ordered recently and had it delivered to my cousin (June) in Wales, who forwarded it on to me. I'd love to continue ordering wool from you, service, prices, delivery is all excellent Jane”
